WI law to prohibit mandatory microchip implants?

Though I have not been a big fan of Jim Doyle's lately, I have to give him and Rep. Marlin Schneider, D-Wisconsin Rapids credit for being ahead of the curve on this one. This AP Wire story gives some background on the bill presently before the WI legislature that would make the Badger state the first in the Union to prohibit mandatory RFID implants.
