Bar-Bri and Kaplan named in anti-trust class action

Feel like you paid too much for that bar or LSAT prep course? You may be right. Bar-Bri and Kaplan have been named in a class action suit alleging that they agreed not to market competitive products in the LSAT and bar exam prep markets.
